NJ realtors pledging disaster relief for residents hit by Tropical Storm Ida

Thanks to a grant from the Realtors Relief Foundation, New Jersey Realtors is able to provide disaster relief assistance to qualified applicants to help with monthly mortgages or rental costs.

Assistance is limited to a maximum of $2,000 per household. Applications are now open to all qualified New Jersey residents adversely affected by the storm and can be found on the New Jersey Realtors’ website. Assistance will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Financial assistance must be applied to 1) monthly mortgage expenses for a primary residence damaged by Tropical Storm Ida or 2) rental costs due to displacement from a primary residence as a result of the storm.
