About election results
Election results for presidential, Senate, House, statewide ballot questions and special state legislative races in New Jersey. You can use the map to find results by selecting a contest and clicking the down arrow next to it to see national or New Jersey results.
Polls close at 8 p.m. Election night results reflect only those mail-in ballots counted by that point. Due to the process in place for this general election, full results in New Jersey are not expected until at least Nov. 20. For local races contact your county board of elections.
The percentage of precincts reporting is the AP’s estimate of the percentage of the total vote cast in a given race, as the mechanics of New Jersey’s election do not allow for a reporting of individual precincts in full.
