As New Jersey debates how — or if — it will require a test to graduate public high school, the fundamental question persists: What exactly should a graduate know and be able to do?

NJ Spotlight hosts the second in our series of roundtables focused on that question, featuring key voices in the discussion, from the top policymaker with the Murphy administration to a New Jersey technology entrepreneur seeking employees for a changing economy.

“Defining the Diploma: What is College and Career Readiness Today?” is open to the public; it will be held at the Conference Center of Mercer Community College in West Windsor starting at 5:30 p.m. today.
