We hope that readers will try out the new voter’s tool co-developed with WNYC, New York Public Radio. On our 2018 Elections page, it has details on all the candidates at the federal, state, county and, in many cases, municipal levels in the New York/New Jersey area. It also explains this year’s New Jersey ballot question.
Just scroll down the 2018 Elections page to find the 2018 Midterm Election Voter Guide. To access material relevant to you, enter your home address and email. That will bring you to a page with a panoply of information. On the left-hand side of the new screen, you’ll find a range of options you might be interested in learning more about — federal candidates, state candidates, and so on.
And if you’ve decided which candidate you want to vote for, you can click on their picture and add them to your ballot. When finished, you can print out your ballot and bring it with you when you go to vote next week.
