NJ Spotlight | May 7, 2017 | Elections 2017

The 14th District covers nine communities in Mercer and Middlesex counties: Cranbury, East Windsor, Hamilton, Hightstown, Jamesburg, Monroe, Plainsboro, Robbinsville, and Spotswood.

Almost half of all registered voters are unaffiliated, but of those who have chosen a party, 35 percent are Democrats and 19 percent Republicans. The district is represented by Democrats.

Sen. Linda Greenstein of Plainsboro and Assemblymen Wayne DeAngelo and Daniel Benson, both of Hamilton, are all seeking re-election.

Hamilton Republicans Ileana Schirmer and Bruce MacDonald are battling for the Senate slot. The Assembly candidates are Kristin Stout of Windsor and Steven Uccio, who lost a bid for a seat in Congress last year, of East Windsor.
