The founder of the Shore's first microbrewery talks about four basic ingredients, as well as the "joys of moderation and refreshing the spirit"

Ryan Krill started the Jersey Shore’s first microbrewery, Cape May Brewing Co., and has never been shy about discussing what goes into his recipe — as well as the beverage that comes out of it.

In 2013, Krill took part in TEDxCapeMay, an independently run and community-minded TED event focusing on the topic, “Nature & Nurture” and held at the new beachfront Convention Hall.

Krill was among 16 presenters with his talk titled, “Nature and Nurture of Beer.”
