NJ Spotlight’s managing editor Lee Keough does the math with Josh Simeone, editor of WHYY NewsWorks NJ, exploring the growth in the tax rate of the latest budget, as well as the proposed tax cuts — and digging into why so many New Jerseyans are questioning the comeback.
