Worried About Where to Vote? Here's Help
The NJ News Commons and NJ Spotlight, joined by news organizations across the state, are helping New Jersey residents find out where they can vote in the wake of the destruction caused by Hurricane Sandy.
This public service campaign provides real-time voting information and monitors voting problems across the state.
We've set up an NJ Voter Problem Hotline -- 732-903-VOTE (732-903-8683) -- which will be monitored continuously by students at Montclair State University during polling hours on Tuesday, 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
This page can serve as your essential resource.
We're featuring an interactive map that will allow you to enter voting issues and problems where and when you encounter them. Our student operators will also map voting problems recorded on our hotline.
And we're running a live blog that will pull in the latest tweets, photos, stories, and official updates on the voting situation.
organizations participating in this project include WHYY NewsWorks, New Jersey Public Radio, WBGO, Patch, Baristanet, and Hoboken Mile Square View.
