Podcast: The Camden Case and Camden's Kids
A recent Administrative Law decision that blocks a group of Camden parents from immediately pulling their kids out of the city's public schools is the topic of conversation between NJ Spotlight's John Mooney and Alan Tu, the editor of WHYY/NewWorks New Jersey.
The decision is an important one, essentially ruling that poor grades and failing schools are not enough of reason for parents to immediately transfer their kids to another public or private school inside or outside the district.
