With Election Day less than a week away, New Jersey's political pundits are predicting a low turnout and lower turnover in the state legislature. Patrick Murray, director of the Monmouth University Polling Institute, has predicted less than a 30 percent voter turnout in the election. He also has posted a betting line for anyone who might like to make a friendly wager.
For those who do plan to vote on Tuesday, NJ Spotlight has prepared a comprehensive Voter Guide, which lists all races, candidate bios, answers to campaign questions, and links to news stories and various information sources. Even if you know the candidates you are voting for, reading the Voter Guide may make you more informed (or surprise you).
