The number of bills the Christie administration says it will take to enact real, long-term, property tax reform in New Jersey is 33. The bills range from controversial amendments to the state constitution, calling for 2.5 percent caps on local and state spending, to major civil service reform to difficult but less contentious issues like moving the date of school board elections to November.
